If you unzip CallistoInstaller_V22.zip into downloads, installation will not work and neither shortcuts will be generated nor do they appear on the desktop.
Obviously, permissions in folder downloads are restricted to 'read only'. Even if you change permissions it will still not work.

Solution:
1. Download CallistoInstaller_V22.zip as usual into folder downloads
1. Unzip CallistoInstaller_V22.zip into root-folder such as c:\ or d:\ or any other root-folder (NOT into downloads as permissions are restricted there)
2. Run the script CallistoInstaller.exe as usual and you will get a warning from MS Defender saying that it doesn't want to execute the file
and it offers 'Don't run' which you need to ignore. Instead click -> More info and select -> 'Run anyway'

Then it works... 
Once the shortcuts appear on the desktop, execute one after the other and repeat the game initiated by MS Defender.
After that, all Callisto related applications work as usual.
